Overview
The CATS-HDMI-MX4 4×4 HDMI-over-Cat5 matrix routes high-definition video plus multi-channel digital audio (up to 7.1) from any four HDMI sources to four remote displays simultaneously - the most flexible, cost-effective way to centralize components and distribute over low-cost Cat5/5e/6 LAN cable.
Video extends to 35 m (115 ft) at 1080p. Switching happens at the matrix by push-button, IR remote or RS-232, and single-power design at the source site means remote modules install without their own supplies. Built-in IR extension lets viewers control the DVD player, game console or any HDMI source directly from each display location.
