Overview
The CATS-HDMI-MX8 scales the CATS™ HDMI matrix to eight sources and eight displays: high-definition video plus up to 7.1-channel digital audio routed from any HDMI source to any display over low-cost Cat5/5e/6 LAN cable, with components centralized in the rack.
Video extends to 35 m (115 ft) at 1080p. Every output switches to any input by push-button, IR remote or RS-232, single-power design leaves remote modules supply-free, and built-in IR extension controls sources - DVD, game consoles, set-tops - straight from each display location.
