Overview
The DMS™ 4.4 is a complete multi-source, multi-zone music distribution system with control on a single category-5 wire per zone - ideal for restaurants, offices, schools, sports bars, places of worship and production areas. Each zone independently selects from four audio sources: a high-performance built-in TV/CATV/FM tuner plus three external sources connected at the main hub.
Zones home-run to the hub on Cat5 (up to 1000 ft from the hub), each terminating in an IWA in-wall amplifier with keypad, locally or centrally powered. Built-in IR remote distribution and serial-port control integrate the system with lighting control, building automation or a PC. Source selection works from an IR remote or the zone keypads, and cascading additional DMS™ 4.4 units expands the system in four-zone increments.
