Overview
The PTS-1 is the PADS™ amplified tube speaker: a complete powered audio endpoint in a 2-inch diameter tube. One RJ-45 jack carries stereo audio, DC power and control on a single Cat5 cable from a PADS™ hub - up to 300 ft / 100 m away - making each speaker a plug-and-play audio zone.
Its omni-directional point-source pattern suits background music in retail, hospitality and campus environments, mounted in drop-tile ceilings or on open structure. Systems expand from point-to-point to daisy-chain or star wiring with PH4 and PH16 hubs, with energy-efficient, very low power consumption. Made in the USA.
